Project Management

PM Overview and Benefits

OUR PROCESS:

  1. Site assessment - Our qualified technicians conduct detailed site evaluations, considering factors including load requirements, environmental conditions and operational timeframes.

  2. Specification and system design - Following this detailed evaluation, we configure the optimal power solution using our extensive range of Cat generators, load banks, transformers and fuel management systems.

  3. Logistics and installation - Our expert team then coordinates the equipment delivery from our national and regional hubs, followed by supporting placement and setup.

  4. Commissioning - Before handover, our certified technicians conduct extensive testing under simulated conditions to ensure the system is performing reliably and is ready to go from day one.

  5. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance - Our team is on hand 24/7, 365 days a year to support with remote monitoring and maintenance.

  6. Decommissioning and site restoration - At the end of your project, we apply the same level of rigour and expertise to removing all the equipment and returning your site to its original condition.
